GIGABYTE Registers Unannounced AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Custom Models in South Korea
GIGABYTE has officially registered a significant number of unannounced custom models for AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti in South Korea. These filings were discovered in early April by harukaze5719 and evidence of this leak was shared on social media. The registrations from the South Korean Radio Agency (RRA) suggest that more affordable options from both teams may be arriving soon, possibly around the same time.
GIGABYTE's upcoming collection of GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB SKUs includes AERO, AORUS ELITE, EAGLE, GAMING, and WINDFORCE options. On the other hand, their Radeon RX 9060 XT lineup appears to be limited, with only two RDNA 4 GAMING OC cards registered, featuring 16 GB and 8 GB VRAM configurations. ASUS, as reported previously, seems to have three budget-friendly Radeon product lines—DUAL, PRIME, and TUF—coming soon. It is likely that more cards are awaiting processing at the RRA.
Currently, all of GIGABYTE's custom GeForce RTX 5060 Ti SKU filings are for 16 GB variants, suggesting that 8 GB cards may be pending approval. NVIDIA's board partners are anticipated to launch the initial wave of GB206 "Blackwell" GPU-based desktop gaming solutions next week, with leaked speculative price points circulating recently.
