ASUS Launches B850M AYW GAMING WiFi Motherboard Worldwide

ASUS has introduced the B850M AYW GAMING WiFi motherboard globally, providing users with a compact yet powerful option for AMD Ryzen desktop systems. This motherboard comes in a slim microATX form factor, measuring 24.4 cm x 22.1 cm. It features a sleek six-layer black PCB and silver-white heatsinks, maintaining a clean appearance while adhering to the ASUS AYW series design. The board utilizes an 8+2+1 phase configuration with discrete MOSFETs and includes an 8-pin EPS CPU power connector. Despite its small size, the board offers a variety of storage options. It includes one PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot capable of speeds up to 128 Gbps and another PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot with speeds up to 64 Gbps. Additionally, the motherboard provides one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot operating at full speed and one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot functioning at x8/x4 speed for adding extra cards.

The B850M AYW GAMING WiFi features two DIMM slots for DDR5 memory in a dual-channel configuration with AEMP support (up to 8400+ MS/s OC). It is equipped with Wi-Fi 6 wireless networking, 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, various USB ports including Type-C, and Realtek 7.1 channel audio CODEC. The rear I/O panel includes a pre-installed shield and offers one HDMI 2.1 port, multiple USB ports at different speeds (10 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 480 Mbps), a 2.5 GbE RJ45 network port, two Wi-Fi antenna connections, and three audio jacks. For users interested in customization, the board provides three Addressable RGB Gen 2 headers. Pricing details have not been disclosed yet.
