AX Gaming, a subsidiary of the well-known Inno3D company, has launched a fresh lineup of products under the X3W MAX brand. Due to recent trade restrictions, this Chinese partner of NVIDIA is no longer able to access high-end "Blackwell" GPUs. As a result, their latest offerings top out with the GeForce RTX 5080 X3W MAX 16 GB SKU until a modified GeForce RTX 5090D design becomes available.
Currently, TPU's GPU database features an almost entirely white non-MAX model that shares a similar design to the MAX version, including a matching shroud and backplate. The standout feature of the MAX series is its concealed power connection system, along with a unique L-shaped custom power cord.
Earlier today, Gigabyte unveiled their flagship Stealth ICE model, which appears to draw inspiration from Sapphire's latest Nitro+ configuration. AX Gaming has also prepared less powerful options in the form of the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti X3W Max 16 GB and GeForce RTX 5070 X3W Max 12 GB models.
There is a possibility that dual-fan (X2W) MAX variants could be released in the future, housing NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 5060 Ti and RTX 5060 GPUs.
