Lian Li Unveils HydroShift II LCD-S Series: Advanced All-in-One Liquid Coolers with Hot-Swappable LCD

Lian Li Industrial Co. Ltd., renowned for its high-quality PC cases and accessories, has introduced the HydroShift II LCD-S series, a new line of all-in-one (AIO) liquid coolers designed to elevate both performance and aesthetics in modern PC builds. The HydroShift II LCD-S stands out with its innovative hot-swappable 3.4-inch square IPS LCD, advanced pump design, and a slim radiator for enhanced compatibility.

Hot-Swappable Magnetic LCD for Effortless Customization

The HydroShift II LCD-S features a 3.4-inch IPS LCD with a sharp 480 x 480 resolution, 500 nits of brightness, and a smooth 60 Hz refresh rate. This display is magnetically attached and powered by a pogo-pin connector, allowing users to install or remove the screen without tools or system shutdowns. This hot-swappable design not only simplifies installation but also protects the display during the build process, as it can be attached after the pump block is securely mounted.

Flexible Control Modes and Dynamic Personalization

Offering three distinct control modes, the HydroShift II LCD-S adapts to a wide range of user preferences:

  • Offline Mode: Delivers a plug-and-play experience with no need for USB connections or additional software. The LCD displays essential information such as pump speed and AIO water temperature using a preset theme.
  • Wireless Mode: Utilizes the L-Wireless Controller to connect over 2.4 GHz to L-Connect 3 software, enabling theme and lighting customization without occupying motherboard USB headers. This mode also synchronizes with other Lian Li wireless products and provides real-time system monitoring, including CPU and GPU metrics.
  • USB-Connected Mode: Unlocks full customization through L-Connect 3, allowing users to upload images, GIFs, and videos, apply modular templates, and even use the LCD as a secondary system display.

The LCD is framed by diffused ARGB LEDs, enhancing the visual appeal and offering extensive lighting customization options.

Refined Pump and Streamlined Design for Broad Compatibility

The HydroShift II LCD-S incorporates a redesigned high-performance pump capable of speeds up to 3200 RPM, delivering improved flow, increased pressure, and quieter operation. The slim 24 mm-thick 360 mm radiator ensures compatibility with a wider range of PC cases without compromising cooling efficiency. Lian Li’s signature side-mounted tubing, concealed wiring, and precise tube routing—supported by sliding brackets and tube clamps—create a clean, tubeless appearance that complements any build.
