At Computex 2026, MiTAC introduced a comprehensive lineup of high-performance computing (HPC) servers and enterprise components, highlighting the company’s commitment to innovation in AI and data center infrastructure. The showcase featured the latest AMD Instinct MI350X air-cooled servers, MI355X liquid-cooled systems, and enterprise-grade MI350P PCIe accelerator cards, designed to meet the growing demands of AI workloads and large-scale data processing.
Cutting-Edge Liquid-Cooled AI Rack and Server Platforms
One of the standout exhibits was a 52U liquid-cooled AI rack, engineered for maximum performance and efficiency. This advanced rack integrates 12 G4826Z5 servers and a total of 96 AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs, offering exceptional compute density for AI training and inference tasks. In addition, MiTAC displayed a 4U liquid-cooled G4826Z5 server powered by AMD Instinct MI355X accelerators, as well as the 8U air-cooled G8825Z5 server equipped with Instinct MI350X GPUs, providing flexible options for diverse data center environments.

MiTAC also presented AI servers based on the NVIDIA MGX architecture, featuring 6th Gen AMD EPYC processors and the latest NVIDIA Blackwell B200 GPUs.
